Filing 5 ORDER - Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. #4 ) is DENIED without prejudice to file a new fully complete application. Clerk will send Plaintiff the approved IFP application by a prisoner, including the information and instructions for the same (Attached hereto for distribution to Plaintiff by ESP).No later than June 12, 2020, Plaintiff will either file a fully complete IFP application, on the correct form with the complete financial attachments, or pay the full $400 filing fee.If Plaintiff's next IFP application is incomplete, the Court will dismiss the case, without prejudice. If Plaintiff does not timely comply with this order, dismissal of this action may result. Clerk will retain the complaint (ECF No. #1 -1) but will not file it at this time.
