Filing 4 ORDER - Petitioner's application to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. #1 ) is denied as moot. Clerk shall detach, file and electronically serve the Petition (ECF No. #1 -1) on Respondents (electronic service on 2/10/2021). Clerk shall add Aaron D. Ford, Nevada Attorney General, as counsel for Respondents and provide Respondents an electronic copy of all items previously filed in this case by regenerating the Notice of Electronic Filing to the office of the Attorney General only (electronic service via NEF regeneration on 2/10/2021). Respondents shall file a response to the Petition, including potentially by motion to dismiss, within 90 days of service of the Petition. Any procedural defenses raised by Respondents in this case be raised together in a single consolidated motion to dismiss. Petitioner has 45 days from service of the answer, motion to dismiss, or other response to file a reply or opposition, with any other requests for relief by Respondents by motion otherwise being subject to the normal briefing schedule under the local rules. Any additional state court record exhibits filed herein by either Petitioner or Respondents shall be filed with a separate index of exhibits identifying the exhibits by number. At this time, the parties shall send courtesy copies of any responsive pleading or motion and all indices of exhibits only to the Reno Division of this Court and directed to the attention of "Staff Attorney."
