Filing 4 ORDER - The Clerk of the Court will send Plaintiff the approved IFP application form by an inmate, and instructions for the same (attached hereto for distribution to Plaintiff by ESP). On or before September 24, 2021, Plaintiff will either pay the full $402 filing fee or file with the Court: 1.) Application to Proceed IFP; 2.) Financial Certification; and 3.) trust fund account statement. If Plaintiff fails to comply with this Order, this case will be subject to dismissal without prejudice for Plaintiff to refile the case with the Court, under a new case number, when Plaintiff has all three documents needed to file a complete application to proceed in forma pauperis or pays the full $402 filing fee.
