ORDER Re: ECF No. #5 Motion for Preliminary Injunction : Within 14 days of the date of this Order (3/17/2022), the Attorney General's Office shall advise the court whether it will enter a limited notice of appearance on behalf of Defendants for the purpose of responding to Plaintiffs motion for preliminary injunction (ECF No. #5 ). ORDER - Clerk of the Court will send Plaintiff the approved form application to proceed in forma pauperis by an inmate, as well as the document entitled information and instructions (attached hereto for distribution to Plaintiff by NNC). on or before April 18, 2022, Plaintiff will either pay the full $402 filing fee for a civil action (which includes the $350 filing fee and the $52 administrative fee) or file with the Court: 1) a completed IFP; 2) a financial certificate; 3) a copy of the inmate's prison or jail trust fund account statement for the previous six-month period.
