ORDER - Because Langford has accumulated at least three strikes and has failed to satisfy the imminent-danger exception, he must prepay the $402.00 filing fee in full to proceed with this action. It is therefore ordered that Langfords application to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. #1 ) is denied. It is further ordered that this action will be dismissed without prejudice unless Langford pays the $402.00 filing fee in full within 30 days of entry of this order (12/2/2022). The Clerk of Court is directed to send Langford two copies of this order. (2nd copy attached for distribution to P via LCC Law Library.) Langford must make the necessary arrangements to have one copy of this order attached to the check paying the filing fee. It is further ordered that the Clerk of Court shall retain the Complaint (ECF No. #1 -1) but will not file it at this time. Signed by Chief Judge Miranda M. Du on 11/2/2022.
