IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Borden's amended complaint, (ECF No. #10 ), is DISMISSED, WITH LEAVE TO AMEND. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Borden chooses to file a second amended complaint curing the deficiencies of his amended complaint, as outlined in this order, Borden shall file the second amended complaint by no later than Monday, November 20, 2023.(Amended Complaint deadline: 11/20/2023). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Borden chooses not to file a second amended complaint curing the stated deficiencies of the complaint, the Court will dismiss this action.
