ORDER - Having reviewed Plaintiff's motions, the Court finds that Plaintiff does not present good cause to warrant granting an extension of time. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion to extend time, (ECF No. #8 ), is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion to add new defendants, (ECF No. #9 ), is DENIED as moot. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before December 20, 2024, Plaintiff shall either: (1) pay the full $405 filing fee for a civil action; or (2) file with the Court a completed Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis for Non-Inmate on this Court's approved form, along with a completed and signed financial affidavit. No further extensions of time will be granted.
