The Court further advises that a Joint Case Management Report was not filed, and the proposed Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order was not filed until August 18, 2025 (ECF No. #11 ). The Court notes that the parties are requesting 270 days for discovery but did not provide any reasons for the additional time beyond 180 days. Counsel apologize to the Court. Ms. Funk advises that the extra time is needed for expert witnesses, including construction experts. Mr. Hansen advises that there are issues surrounding who is responsible and insurance agreements. The Court reminds the parties to adhere to the Local Rules and the Civil Standing Order (ECF No. #5 ). The Court directs the parties to include their justification for discovery deadlines longer than 180 days in their amended discovery plan and scheduling order. IT IS ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint Case Management Report and Amended Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order no later than Wednesday, August 27, 2025.
