MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by District Judge Martha Vazquez GRANTING 24 MOTION to Compel Arbitration and Stay Proceedings. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant Groupon Goods Inc.'s Motion to Compel Arbitration and Stay Proceedi ngs [Doc. 24 ] is GRANTED as follows: : (1) Groupon's request for an order compelling arbitration of Plaintiff's claims is GRANTED; (2) this Court ORDERS Plaintiff to arbitrate the claims asserted in this action against Groupon in accordance with the terms of the arbitration provision in Groupon's Terms of Use; and (3) Groupon's request for an order to stay this lawsuit pending the completion of arbitration is GRANTED.
