Stipulation and Order by and between the Debtor and Lender Marder Greenspoon by their Respective Attorneys for Use of Cash Collateral and Financing. Ordered, that on an interim basis and through January 7, 2021, the Debtor is authorized to use cash which is the proceeds of collateral (rental income) in which the Lender has a valid security interest in order to pay immediate and necessary post-petition expenses for maintenance, operations and preservation of the Lenders collateral (Desoto Square Mall), as set forth in the budget attached as Exhibit 1, and for no other purpose. Ordered, The Debtor will make the following adequate protection payments: Within 5 days of entry of this order, the Debtor shall turnover to Lender $100,000.00 net of sales tax, and Lender is authorized to apply such amount to Lenders claim against the Debtor. Within 3 days of Debtors receipt of $50,000 from Hudsons Furniture in December 2020, the Debtor shall turnover to Lender $50,000 net of sale tax, and Lender is authorized to apply such amount to Lenders claim against the Debtor.(RE: related document(s)#14).
