ORDER granting (395) Motion for Summary Judgment in case 1:05-cv-04622-DLI-RML; granting (267) Motion for Summary Judgment in case 1:07-cv-00916-DLI-RML --- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN OPINION AND ORDER, Defendant's summ ary judgment motion as to Plaintiffs' remaining claims of civil liability under the Anti-Terrorism Act of 1992, 18 U.S.C. § 2333(a), is granted in its entirety. Plaintiffs' motion for leave to amend the complaint to add a claim under the Justice Against Terrorism Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2333(d)(2), is denied.
