Filing 25 ORDER DENYING 17 Motion for Summary Judgment, GRANTING ARBITRATION AND STAYING PROCEEDINGS PENDING ARBITRATION - For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, defendant's motion for summary judgment is DENIED. In add ition, the court finds that the Standard Ground Handling Agreement ("SGHA") applies to this action and plaintiffs have not waived their right to arbitration under the SGHA. Accordingly, plaintiffs' request to compel arbitration is GRA NTED and this action is STAYED pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings. The Clerk of the Court is directed to administratively close this case without prejudice to the parties to move to reopen it upon the completion of the arbitration proceedings.
