Filing 120 ORDER GRANTING 107 Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment -- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED in its entirety. Accordingly, this action is DISMISS ED. The court also certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and, therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United Stat es, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962).
