December 18, 2009 Opinion or Order Filing 14 ORDER, Pursuant to Valentin v. Dinkins, 121 F.3d 72 (2d. Cir. 1997) (per curiam), the Court requests that the Office of the Attorney General provide the full name and correct service address for deft Parole Officer Lisa Duquesnay by 12/31/09. The Off ice of the Attorney General need not undertake to defend or indemnify this individual at this juncture. November 20, 2009 Opinion or Order Filing 9 ORDER: On 10/29/2008, the Second Circuit vacated the Court's 6 Judgment as to defendant Duquesnay relating to plaintiff's second parole revocation and remanded the case "with the suggestion that the district court appoint counsel for plaintiff... [and to] consider whether Heck v. Humphrey, 512 U.S. 477 (1994) bars appellant's 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action..." (Id.) The Clerk of Court is therefore directed to prepare the necessary papers to have defendant P arole Officer Lisa Duquesnay served with process, and to add this defendant's name and address to the docket sheet as specified in plaintiff's complaint. The United States Marshals Service is hereby directed to serve a copy of this Order, the Second Circuit Mandate, the summons and the complaint on the defendant. SO ORDERED.
