August 31, 2009	Filing 31 REPORT & RECOMMENDATION: It is respectfully recommended that defendant's motions to dismiss for failure to obey a discovery order pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 37(b)(2)(A)(v) and 37(d)(1) & (3) should be granted. Accordingly, it is respectf ully recommended that plaintiffs' actions should be dismissed under Fed. R. Civ. P. 37 (b)(2)(A)(v). It is further recommended that the Court should warn Ms. Zinnamon that any future employment discrimination action she brings to contest an empl oyer's alleged failure to hire her shall result in the imposition of a filing injunction against her. The parties shall have 10 days from service of this Report to file written objections. SO ORDERED. (Ordered by Magistrate Judge Lois Bloom, on 8/31/2009) C/mailed.
