Plaintiffs' claims against all defendants are dismissed as follows: 1) Plaintiffs' contract claim against the Melo defendants is dismissed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(1) . Plaintiffs' remaining claims against the Melo defendants are dismissed pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6). 2) Plaintiffs' claims against the Uddin defendants, Option One, the Wong defendants, the Klie defendants, and the NYCB defendants are dism issed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) and 9(b). 3) Plaintiffs' claims against Khanal and Athar are dismissed pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6). The Clerk of the Court is respectfully requested to close this case.
