The Pltff is awarded damages against the Deft in the amount of $105,680.78 (this award reflects $102,329.15 in damages and $3, 351.63 in pre-judgment interest). Additionally, this amount shall increase $4.34 per day (beginning 3/23/10) through satisfaction of judgment by deft to account for post-judgment interest. It is further hereby ORDERED that service of a copy of t his Order on deft shall be made by the pltff w/in five (5) days of the date of this Order and proof thereof shall be promptly filed w/the court via ECF. Levy, U.S.M.J., dated September 25, 2009, and, upon due consideration, the R&R is hereby adopted in full. [FOR DETAILS SEE ATTACHED WRITTEN ORDER ADOPTING R & R] Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for default judgment is GRANTED. The plaintiff is awarded damages again st the defendant in the total amount of $105,680.78. Additionally, this amount shall increase $4.34 per day (beginning March 23, 2010) through satisfaction of judgment by defendant to account for post-judgment interest. September 25, 2009 Opinion or Order Filing 9 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION: By order dated March 3, 2009, the Hon. Dora Irizarry, United States District Judge, referred plaintiff's motion for a default judgment to me to conduct an inquest on damages and issue a Report and Recommendation. For t he reasons stated in the attached Report and Recommendation, I respectfully recommend that default judgment be entered against defendants and that plaintiffs be awarded a total of $102,329.15 plus interest. Any objections to this Report and Rec ommendation must be filed with the Clerk of Court, with courtesy copies to Judge Irizarry and to my chambers, within ten business days. Failure to file objections within the specified time waives the right to appeal the District Court's order. See 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1); Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(a), 72. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Robert M.
