Filing 39 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re 33 MOTION for Contempt filed by Alan M. Grayson, AMG Trust -- For the reasons set forth in the attached document, I respectfully recommend that the court deny the plaintiffs' motion for contempt sanctions, deny th e subpoena recipients' motions for reconsideration and for a protective order, and order the subpoena recipients to comply in full with the subpoenas no later than September 11, 2009, on pain of daily monetary sanctions. In addition, for reason s set forth in the attached document, any objections to this Report and Recommendation must be filed no later than September 2, 2009; any response to such objections must be filed no later than September 4, 2009. Failure to file objections by Septem ber 2, 2009, absent the entry of an order extending that deadline pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 6(b)(1), will waive the right to appeal the district court's order.
