ORDER re 34 Third MOTION to Amend/Correct/Supplement the Complaint filed by Jennifer Hewitt. Plaintiffs' motion to amend is granted in part and denied in part. Plaintiffs motion is granted except for the claims against Detective Grant and Se rgeant Pappas, the claims for failure to intervene against Detectives Childs, Duguid and Balsamo and the municipal claim for failure to train assistant district attorneys. Plaintiff must file by February 22, 2011 a Second Amended Complaint which has been revised in accordance with the foregoing.
