ORDER ADOPTING 163 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS. Having overruled Plaintiff's objections to the extent they are specific and otherwise finding no clear error, the court ADOPTS the R&R in its entirety. Accordingly, Tiffany' ;s cross-motion for summary judgment is GRANTED, Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is DENIED, and Plaintiff's NYCHRL claim is DISMISSED without prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367(c)(3). In addition, though not addresse d in the R&R, Plaintiff's claims against the "John Doe" Defendants are DISMISSED without prejudice. The court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 (a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good fa ith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: The court has reviewed Judge Bloom's well-reasoned R&R for clear error and finds none. Accordingly, the court ADOPTS the R&R in its entirety. See Porter v.
