Filing 4 ORDER GRANTING 3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; AND DENYING 2 Motion to Appoint Counsel --- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, pro se plaintiff's request to proceed in forma paup eris is GRANTED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 for the purposes of this and the Attached Written Order, and her request for the appointment of counsel is DENIED as moot in light of the court's dismissal of the complaint in its entirety. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and, therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444- 45 (1962). This action is DISMISSED. Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is directed to close this case and to mail a copy of this Electronic Order and the Attached Written Memorandum and Order to pro se plaintiff. SO ORDERED by Judge Dora Lizette Irizarry on 3/22/2010. (Irizarry, Dora) |
