AMENDED MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Nuvolari's motion to dismiss the claims of Lyons and Rienzi against it for lack of personal jurisdiction is granted. The result is not entirely satisfying to a plaintiff seeking relief in a liability suit based upon allegations of defects in a product designed, produced, and sold in different states and nations.
