The parties are directed to file a joint status report by January 22, 2013, informi ng the Court whether either party plans to make a dispositive motion before the Honorable Eric N. Vitaliano, or whether this Court should set a schedule for the preparation and filing of a joint pretrial order in accordance with Judge Vitaliano's Individual Rules.
