OPINION & ORDER: defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted in part and denied in part. Plaintiff's claims of unconstitutional conditions of confinement and all claims under New York state law are dismissed. Defendant City of New York is dismissed from the action. Plaintiff's claim for false arrest and unlawful entry into his home are permitted to go forward. SO ORDERED by Judge Allyne R. Ross, on 6/14/2012. C/mailed by Chambers to pro se Plaintiff. ORDER: Plaintiffs' applications to proceed in forma pauperis under 28 U.S.C. § 1915 are hereby granted. The Clerk of Court shall send a copy of this Order and the complaints to the New York City Law Department and to plaintiffs. No s ummonses shall issue at this time. The Corporation Counsel is hereby requested to produce the information specified herein regarding the identities and service addresses of the John Doe Officers as well as the full names and service addresses of Off icers Dee Dee, James and Kyovokic, by 4/19/2010. Once this information is provided, plaintiffs' complaints shall be deemed amended to reflect the full names of the defendants. SO ORDERED.
