ORDER: For all the reasons stated in the attached Order, and absent further application by plaintiffs filed no later than April 16, 2012, this Court will terminate plaintiffs' motion for default judgment, Docket Entry 126, without prejudice to p laintiffs' right to renew the motion after any determination of liability and damages with respect to the non-defaulting defendants. Plaintiffs shall promptly serve a copy of the attached Order on the defaulting defendants at their last known addresses and file proof of service with the Court.
