Filing 24 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION: The Court adopts the Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Reyes without qualification. Accordingly, for the reasons explained therein, the Court grants plaintiff's motion for a judgment of default ag ainst Defendant Igor Magidov and awards plaintiffs $500,000 in statutory damages and $19,144 in attorney's fees and costs. The Court further orders that defendant is permanently enjoined from using plaintiffs' HELLMANN'S mark or plaintiffs' BRING OUT THE BEST mark (see document for further details).
