August 1, 2011	Filing 33 ORDER ADOPTING 32 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS as to 24 Motion for Default Judgment. Upon a review of Judge Mann's Report & Recommendation ("R&R"), and considering that the parties have failed to object to any of Judge Mann's t horough and well-reasoned recommendations, the court finds no clear error in Judge Mann's R&R and hereby affirms and adopts the R&R as the opinion of the court. Therefore, the court orders that default judgment be entered against third-party de fendant Stone Pavilion, that Columbia be awarded a judgment against Stone Pavilion in the amount of $56,700, and that Columbia be ordered to remit to Safmarine any amounts collected from Stone Pavilion in excess of $12,500. Columbia is dir ected to serve a copy of this Order on Stone Pavilion at all known addresses, and file a Certificate of Service on ECF by no later than 8/5/2011.
