The Court grants plaintiff's motion for sanctions against defendant Queens Lumber for submitting improperly certified interrogatory responses. Defendant Queens Lumber is Ordered to pay plaintiff the reasonable attorney 's fees and costs incurred as a result of defendant's error. Plaintiff is directed to submit an accounting of his fees and costs, along with supporting documentation, by 2/24/12. Opposition papers must be filed by 3/2/12.
