ORDER REMANDING TO STATE COURT - KINGS COUNTY SUPREME COURT - For the reasons stated in the ATTACHED WRITTEN SUMMARY ORDER, the court finds that it lacks subject matter jurisdiction in this matter that was improperly removed from Kings County Supreme Court. Accordingly, this action is REMANDED to Kings County Supreme Court for further proceedings. Defendant Lutheran Medical Center shall serve a copy of this Electronic Order and the Attached Written Summary Order to the remaining parties in this within five days of the date of this Order and shall immediately thereafter file via ECF proof of such service.
