MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: For the reasons stated, the Court grants defendants' motions to dismiss, or in the alternative, for summary judgment in their entirety and correspondingly denies Nzegwu's request to deny or stay resolution of the moti ons pending further discovery. The Court also denies Nzegwu's motion to amend the complaint. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate all pending motions, close the case, and enter judgment.
