Filing 105 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: For the reasons stated, the Court grants defendants' motions to dismiss, or in the alternative, for summary judgment in their entirety and correspondingly denies Nzegwu's request to deny or stay resolution of the moti ons pending further discovery.
