March 13, 2012	Filing 33 ORDER granting 18 Motion to Dismiss: SEE ATTACHED ORDER. For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, defendants' motion to dismiss is GRANTED. Plaintiff's Title VII and ADEA claims are DISMISSED, unless, within 30 days of the date of this Memorandum and Order, plaintiff can demonstrate by sufficient showing that there exist sufficient facts on which this Court may equitably toll the time to exhaust her administrative remedies with regard to these cl aims. Should she wish to so do, Plaintiff shall submit supporting affidavits and/or other materials within 30 days of the date of this Memorandum and Order, together with a memorandum of law supporting her tolling claim. Failure to comply with thi s Order will result in dismissal of plaintiff's claims under Title VII and the ADEA. As plaintiffs EPA claims are not subject to this motion, this action is recommitted to the assigned Magistrate Judge for supervision of all pre-trial matters.
