September 17, 2010	Filing 4 ORDER granting 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis for purposes of this Order -- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN SUMMARY ORDER, pro se plaintiff's request for injunctive relief is DENIED and the Complaint i s DISMISSED in its entirety. Because venue is improper in this district (see 28 U.S.C. § 1391(b)), plaintiff is prohibited from filing an amended complaint in this district. The court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any a ppeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of the Court is directed to mail a copy of this Electronic Order and the Attached Written Summary Order to pro se plaintiff and to close this case.
