Sal, T Geller and John Doe Specialist are dismissed for failure to state a cl aim and/or for seeking monetary damages against immune defendants pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b). No summons shall issue as to these defendants and all further proceedings shall be stayed for 30 days. If plaintiff fails to amend the complaint within 30 days as directed by this Memorandum and Order, the court shall dismiss this complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A. Ordered by Judge Kiyo A.
