August 10, 2012	Filing 19 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Plaintiff has not established the event resulting in the loss is covered by the Policy. Plaintiff fails to meet the requirements under the Additional Coverage for Collapse provision of the Policy: (1) the occurrence does not me et the definition of collapse, and (2) the alleged collapse is not the result of a specified cause of loss, including hidden decay. Accordingly, this Court GRANTS Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment and DENIES Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment. The complaint is dismissed in its entirety with prejudice. Plaintiff fails to meet the requirements under the Additional Coverage for Collapse provision of the Policy: (1) the occurrence does not me et the definition of collapse, and (2) the alleged collapse is not the result of a specified cause of loss, including hidden decay.
