ORDER AND CIVIL JUDGMENT: ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this action is dismissed for failure to state a claim pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e) (2)(B) as set forth in the Court's 3 May Order. The Court cautions plaintiff that if he continues to file similar actions it may result in an order prohibiting him from filing a future lawsuit seeking in forma pauperis status in this Court without first obtaining leave of the Court. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. SO ORDERED.
