June 19, 2017	Filing 10 ORDER DISMISSING CASE: For the reasons set forth in the attached memorandum and order, the Court denies Petitioner's application for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Because Petitioner has not made a substantial showing of a denial of a constitutional right, no certificate of appealability shall issue. See 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c)(2). Additionally, the Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith, and, therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is respectfully requested to enter judgment and close this case. Ordered by Judge Pamela K. Chen on 6/19/2017.
