MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, For the reasons stated above, the Court concludes that Plaintiff has not established the material disclosures in the TIL Disclosure were |inaccurate. Accordingly, she has not established liability under TILA. Her right to r escind the loan agreement ended on January 13,2008, and Emigrant properly rejected Plaintiff's July 2010 request for rescission. Her motion for entry of judgment is, therefore, denied.
