January 6, 2012 Opinion or Order Filing 32 DECISION AND ORDER: This Court has followed the law and accorded due deference to the administrative proceedings it reviewed. This Court finds the Individualized Education Program of D.P. was reasonably calculated to result in an educational benefit to D.P. in satisfaction of obligations borne by the Defendant under the IDEA. The motion for summary judgment by the Defendant The New York City Department of Education is therefore hereby GRANTED. The motion for summary judgment by the Plaintiffs is therefore hereby DENIED.
