MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS, Having considered Magistrate Judge Bloom's Report and Recommendation and the accompanying objections, the Court adopts the Report and Recommendation in its entirety and grants Defts' motion to dismiss the Amended Complaint. Pltff's motion to amend the Amended Complaint is denied as futile. Pltff's claims brought pursuant to Title I and III of the ADA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and 42 USC sec. 1983, 1985 and 1986 are dismissed with prejudice.
