He requests an extension of time to serve de ft. Pltff's request is granted. Pltff shall serve deft by 12/15/11. No further extensions shall be considered. As to pltff's request to receive email notifications re: this case, if he is admitted to practice before the EDNY, he should be able to register for ECF notification by email.
