For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum & Order, defendants' motion for summary judgment is denied with respect to plaintiff's second cause of action f or unlawful search and seizure, insofar as plaintiff complains about the search of his office, conference room and closed or locked cabinets, and with respect to plaintiff's seventh cause of action, insofar as plaintiff alleges that the individu al defendants did not receive adequate training from the Port Authority with respect to search and seizure law. In all other respects, defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted.
