Filing 19 ORDER [ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION]: I hereby adopt the 16 Report and Recommendation, in its entirety, as the opinion of the Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). I therefore grant plaintiff's 11 motion for default judgme nt. Plaintiff shall be awarded $ 50,000 in statutory damages due to defendants' willful infringement of the computer-animated short film entitled "Ornaments," as well as a permanent injunction to prevent defendants from further infringing plaintiff's copyright (registration number PAu002534222).
