July 28, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 14 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER denying Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Sentence (2255). For the reasons set forth herein, Movant has not adduced evidence to establish that his trial counsel's performance was deficient in any respect. Since Mova nt has not made out the first prong of the Strickland standard, the Court need not consider the second prong.
