Filing 110 ORDER granting 79 Motion for Summary Judgment; granting in part and denying in part 89 Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons provided in the annexed opinion, defendants' motions for summary judgment are GRANTED in part and DENIED in p art. The court concludes that all of the Union defendants must be dismissed from this action. Rivers' claims against the NYCHA defendants are also dismissed. Crenshaw's claims survive, but only as against Walton and Alexander in their indiv idual capacities. The only remaining purportedly adverse employment actions are Crenshaw's alleged loss of supervisory authority and the allegedly baseless counseling memoranda she received. Ordered by Judge Kiyo A. Matsumoto on 3/31/2016. (Jacobson, Jonathan) |
Filing 64 ORDER denying 48 Motion to Amend/Correct/Supplement. Plaintiff Rivers's motion for leave to file supplemental pleadings and to re-open discovery as to the April 2013 events is denied. As previously ordered by the Honorable Kiyo A. Matsumoto, the parties shall file a joint status report within seven days of the filing of this order. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Marilyn D. Go on 3/31/2014. (Proujansky, Josh) |
