MEMORANDUM DECISION AND OPINION, Pltffs are directed to file an amended IFP application or pay the statutory filing fee of $350 within 14 days of the date of this Order in order to proceed with this action. If pltffs fail to comply with this ord er, the instant complaint shall be dismissed without prejudice.
