Filing 3 MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER, The actions are consolidated for the purpose of this Order. Pltff's 2 Motions for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis are granted solely for the purpose of this Order, but the actions are hereby dismissed under 28 USC sec. 1915(e)(2)(B) for failure to state a claim. For the reasons set forth herein, the complaints are dismissed as frivolous. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 USC sec. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied in each of these actions for purpose of an appeal. (Ordered by Judge Brian M. Cogan on 12/22/2011) c/m by chambers. Fwd. for Judgment. (Galeano, Sonia) |
