MEMORANDUM AND ORDER directing the Clerk of Court to enter a default against Roros 940 and denying without prejudice plaintiff's 67 Motion for Default Judgment. In addition, plaintiff shall advise the court by April 19, 2016 whether she in tends to further pursue her now stayed claims against Mr. Roros. If so, the motion for a default judgment will remain in abeyance pending resolution of those claims and Mr. Roros shall be instructed to submit a report every 60 days detailing the s tatus of ongoing bankruptcy proceedings. If plaintiff does not intend to pursue her claims against Mr. Roros, the court would be prepared to dismiss those claims pursuant to a motion filed under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2) while entering judgment against Roros 940 to the extent described herein. Ordered by Judge Nina Gershon on 4/6/2016. C/M via ECF. (Barrett, C)

OPINION AND ORDER: Defendants' 29 Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED as to plaintiff's Title VII claim asserting a hostile work environment. It is DENIED as to all other claims. The parties are directed to prepare a joint pretrial order and file it with the court by January 16, 2015. So Ordered by Judge Nina Gershon on 12/9/2014. (Lee, Tiffeny)
