MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Plaintiff's 2 requests to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 are granted solely for the purposes of this Order. All three complaints are dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 (e)(2)(B)(ii) for failure to state a claim on which relief may be granted. In light of this Court's duty to liberally construe pro se complaints, the plaintiff is granted leave to file an amended complaint in each of her cases within 30 days of the date of this Memorandum and Order, or by 6/8/2012. If the plaintiff fails to replead within 30 days as directed by this Order, the Court shall enter judgment dismissing the complaints. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § ; 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal.
