The Clerk of the Court is directed to: (i) enter judgment pursuant to the Trench Drain Cover Award in the amount of $12,236.00 against defendant JPP Plumbing, (ii) enter judgment pursuant to the Construction Water Award in the amount of $90,484.35 in damages and $10,000.00 as a penalty against defendant JPP Plumbing, and (iii) close this case.
