Filing 84 ORDER granting 64 Motion for Settlement; granting 67 Motion for Attorney Fees; granting 70 Motion for Settlement: For the reasons set forth in the attached Order, the settlement class is certified, the plaintiffs motion for the final approva l of the Settlement and Release Agreement (Settlement Agreement) is granted, the plaintiffs motion for the approval of the FLSA settlement is granted, and plaintiffs counsel is appointed as class counsel. Upon payment to all Class Members under the terms of the Settlement Agreement and this Order, the court will dismiss with prejudice and without costs plaintiff's Complaint and all claims asserted therein. Counsel for the parties shall notify the court by January 7, 2014 that all payments have been made and that this action may be dismissed with prejudice and closed on the docket.
